Features

Everything you need to keep Roblox clutter-free, all on your own terms.

Keyword Filtering

Add as many keywords as you want. Any game with one in its name gets filtered, in any language.

Exclude or Include

Exclude hides games that match a keyword. Include flips it, so only matching games show. Set it per keyword.

Hide or Gray Out

Remove filtered games completely, or gray them out with a warning before you open one.

Friends List Filtering

Friends playing a filtered game look like they're just online, or their game is grayed out with a warning before you join. You can turn this off.

Sync and Backups

Filters and settings sync across your Chrome browsers, and recent changes are backed up automatically. Import or export lists as .txt or .json.

Private by Design

Everything stays in your browser and your own Chrome account. No sign-ups, servers, tracking, or ads.

How It Works

  1. Install the Extension

Add it from the Chrome Web Store in a few seconds.

  2. Add Your Keywords

Type the words you want to filter, or import a list from a .txt or .json file.

  3. Browse Roblox

Matching games are hidden or grayed out on Home, Charts, Search, Communities and game pages.

Questions

Quick answers about how the extension works. For step-by-step help, see the setup guide.

Is Roblox Game Filter made by Roblox?

No. It's an independent extension made by Arrival's Workshop. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.

Does it collect any of my data?

No. Your keywords and settings are saved in your own browser, and Chrome can sync them between your devices if you're signed in. There are no servers, analytics, or ads. See the privacy policy for details.

Which Roblox pages does it work on?

The Home page (including what friends are playing), Charts, search results, Communities, and the recommended games on game pages, including Roblox's translated pages. Opening a filtered game directly shows a warning banner.

What's the difference between Hide and Gray Out?

Hide removes filtered games from the page completely. Gray Out keeps them visible but faded, and asks before opening one. You can also set a keyword to Include, which shows only the games that match it.

Does it work in Edge, Brave or Opera?

It's made for Chrome, but most Chromium browsers can install it from the Chrome Web Store. Brave works as is, Edge needs "Allow extensions from other stores" turned on, and Opera needs its Install Chrome Extensions add-on.

Is it free?

Yes. It's free on the Chrome Web Store, with no ads or paid features.
